Cocoa Rouge Cupcakes
40g Makana's Cocoa Rouge Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
130g all-purpose flour
¾ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
110g white sugar
100g brown sugar
1 egg
125 ml milk
¼ cup grapeseed oil
1 tsp vanilla
125 ml boiling water
Chocolate Icing
225g icing sugar
2 tbsps Makana's Cocoa Rouge Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
50g butter, softened
2-3 tbsps hot water
Place icing and cocoa powder in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Add softened butter and pour some of the hot water over the top.

Fondant Carrots

Roll orange fondant into small carrot shapes and add shallow lines for texture.

Shape green fondant into tiny strands and attach as leaves.

Insert the carrots at an angle into the icing.
Bunny Ears

Cut two long ear shapes from white fondant.

Slice a pink mini marshmallow in half and press onto the fondant as the inner ears.

Let dry for a few minutes, then stick them upright in the icing.
Bunny Butt

Roll white fondant into a small ball (body) and two flattened ovals (feet).

Attach pink marshmallow pieces as footpads.

Stick on a mini marshmallow for the tail.

Place on the cupcake so it looks like a bunny burrowing in!
