Shipping

Please note that we are only shipping to New Zealand and Australian addresses at this time. 

Shipping & costs:

New Zealand Destinations:  We use NZ Post Couriers to deliver orders to New Zealand addresses. You will have to provide a physical daytime delivery address or details of a New Zealand PO Box. There is a standard charge of $12.50 per delivery. However, for individual orders totalling $100 or more, shipping is complimentary, and the $12.50 delivery charge is waived.  

 

International Destinations: Australia only at the moment. We use International Air Parcel Post NOW. We charge a $3.50 handling fee. This is to cover the cost of the packaging used for shipping. We charge the actual cost of postage. Postage is calculated by weight, and there is a minimum order weight charge of $32.44 for 2kgs.Parcels over 2kgs are charged in 100g increments. The shipping price will show on the checkout page after you have added your shipping address. 

Delivery times:

New Zealand Destinations:  If you place an order from Sunday to Wednesday, it will usually be shipped the following working day. As our couriers do not operate over the weekend, orders received between Thursday and Sunday will usually be shipped on the following Monday (unless it is a Statutory Holiday). Heat damage and delayed arrival are not covered by insurance. 

 

International Destinations: Australia only at the moment. We will ship orders Monday to Friday. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. These can vary from 3 to 13 working days. We only ship to international destinations using International Air Parcel Post NOW, which we have found to be the most reliable method of delivery that offers tracking. Heat damage and delayed arrival are not covered by insurance. 

Returns and exchanges:

We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please email or phone us first and we will work through the return process with you. We may ask you to return the unused portion together with your receipt and a written explanation, and we will offer you your choice of a refund, replacement or similar value exchange. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, PLEASE RETAIN THE PACKAGING, INCLUDING THE USE BY DATE STICKER ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX. THIS WILL HELP US DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM.

New Zealand Destinations:  We rely on NZ Post Couriers who generally provide very reliable and prompt service. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email advising you of the tracking number and a link to the NZ Post online tracking service. However, occasionally, there may be a problem that delays delivery. If your order is overdue, please check the tracking information, or email or telephone us on 0800-MAKANA (0800-62-52-62), and we will be more than happy to track and trace your order for you. International Destinations: Australia only at the moment. You will be sent an email advising you of the tracking number and a link to NZ Post online tracking service when your order is shipped.
