With just two ingredients—our premium Makana Chocolate Chips and a few fresh eggs—you can whip up a silky, decadent treat that tastes like it took hours to prepare. Light, airy, and intensely chocolatey, it’s a recipe that celebrates the magic of quality ingredients doing all the work for you.

Two-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse

100g Makana's Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips

3 eggs

Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

Melt the baking chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second intervals. Off the heat, add the egg yolks.

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture using a spatula. Pour into individual glasses (if you feel like sharing) or into a large bowl (if you don't). Chill for at least 2 hours. 

Decorate with Makana's Unsweetened Cocoa Rouge Powder, shards of 72% Snaps or Macadamia Butter Toffee Crunch crumbles. Enjoy!
