    Lemon and macadamia shortbread

    These biscuits were amazingly good - reminding me of the authentic Scottish shortbread my mother used to make. They were buttery, and zesty, with the perfect texture. My daughter couldn’t stop eating them which meant that I didn’t get to eat as many as I would have liked.
